At Scoil na mBuachaillí, we believe that learning Irish should be fun, natural and part of everyday life! Our Gaeilge Committee, led by Ms Karen O’Regan, works to create authentic opportunities for students to speak Irish outside of the formal classroom setting.

Through games, activities, challenges, and informal interactions, students are encouraged to use the language in real-life contexts, helping them build confidence, fluency, and a genuine love for Irish. Gach Rud Gaeilge is all about bringing Irish to life, making it a living, spoken language throughout our school community.

Whether in the yard, during break, or in school clubs, our students are discovering that speaking Irish can be enjoyable, social, and rewarding. 🌟
